4.1. Application of Terms

4.2. Nature of Competitions
4.2.1. All competitions hosted by Unreal Winners Club are skill-based competitions. Entry fees are required for online participation, payable with each entry. A free entry method is also available to ensure compliance with applicable laws.

To participate and be eligible to win, all participants (hereafter referred to as “Entrants”) must accurately respond to a question or successfully solve a problem presented by Unreal Winners Club (the “Competition Question”). 4.4. Account Closure and Entry Refusal
4.4.1. Unreal Winners Club retains the right to close a customer’s account at any time, especially if there is evidence of misuse of services, mistreatment of other customers or staff, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.

5. Eligibility

5.1.1. Unreal Winners Club competitions are open to all individuals aged 18 or over (or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction, if higher), regardless of geographical location, except as specified in Section 5.2.
5.1.2. Employees of Unreal Winners Club, as well as individuals with any professional or commercial association with Unreal Winners Club, including family members of such employees or associates, are prohibited from participating in Competitions.
5.1.3. By entering a Competition, the Entrant (‘Entrant,’ ‘you,’ ‘your(s),’ and/or ‘Customer’) affirms and warrants the following:

  • You possess the legal capacity to enter the Competition.
  • You have read, comprehended, and accepted these Terms.
  • You are bound by these Terms, as well as any additional requirements specified in Unreal Winners Club’s promotional material on the Website.

5.1.4. By participating in a Competition, whether online via the Website or through postal entry, you confirm that your participation complies with the laws of your country of residence regarding the legality of entering our Competitions. Unreal Winners Club will not be held responsible for any Entrant entering our Competitions unlawfully. If in doubt, you should promptly exit the Website and consult with the relevant authorities in your country.

5.2.1. While Unreal Winners Club Competitions are open worldwide, certain restrictions apply. Competitions are not open to residents of countries where participation in cryptocurrency-related activities is prohibited by law. As of April 8, 2025, these restricted countries include:

  • Afghanistan

  • Morocco (pending potential legalization; monitor for updates)

  • Egypt
  • Bolivia
  • Qatar

  • Oman
  • Tunisia

5.2.2. Residents of the United Kingdom must be aged 18 years or over to participate in Competitions, except as outlined in 5.2.1.
5.2.3. Residents of the United States must comply with state-specific laws. Competitions are not open to residents of Arizona if the prize value exceeds $5,000, due to state regulations prohibiting online contests with payment requirements (Ariz. Rev. Stat. § 13-3301). Unreal Winners Club may exclude residents of other US states as required by local laws.

5.3. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
5.3.1. All Competitions are governed by the laws of England. Any matters or disputes related to the Competition will be addressed and resolved under English Law, and the Courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

6. Competition Entry

6.1. Creating an Account
6.1.1. To enter any Unreal Winners Club Competition, you must first create an account on our Website. During the online registration process, you will be prompted to provide an email address or sign in using a social media account, such as Facebook, Twitter, or Gmail.
6.1.2. Upon account creation, you must either:
(i) Submit the online entry form provided on the Website; or
(ii) Send a postal entry to the Promoter.
6.1.3. Regardless of the method chosen, entries must be received by the end of the Promotion Period for the respective Competition, as stated on the Website. By registering, all Entrants confirm that they have read and accepted these Terms.

6.2. Providing Contact Details
6.2.1. All Entrants must provide their contact details, which include:

  • Full name
  • Date of birth (Month and Year)
  • Email address
  • Postal address
  • Contact telephone number (‘Contact Details’)

6.2.2. These Contact Details will be used to confirm an Entry, notify Winners, post Winner information on the Website (unless otherwise requested by an Entrant under clause 9.2), and in accordance with our Privacy Policy available on the Website.

6.3. Online Entries
6.3.1. When participating in a Competition online via the Website, Entrants must follow on-screen instructions, including:

  • Selecting the desired Competition.
  • Providing contact and payment details for ticket(s) purchase (‘Tickets’).
  • Carefully reviewing details and confirming understanding of the Competition Terms.
    Once payment is cleared, we will confirm your entry into the Competition via email.

6.4. Postal Entries
6.4.1. For postal entries:

  • The Entry is free and given equal prominence to paid entries.

  • Appropriate postage must be paid for each Postal Entry.
  • Bulk entries (within the same envelope) are not accepted.
  • Postal Entries are limited to one Entry per person for each Competition.

6.5. Entry Deadline
6.5.1. All Entries, whether Online Entries or Postal Entries, must arrive by the end of the Promotion Period for a Competition as stated on the Website.
6.5.2. If a Competition has reached full capacity, no further Entries will be accepted, and the Website will indicate that the Competition is closed.

6.6. Confirmation of Entry
6.6.1. An Entry will be deemed complete and confirmed when:

  • The Entrant logs into their account and confirms the Entry.
  • An email confirming the Entry is sent to the Entrant.

6.7. Disqualification
6.7.1. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse or disqualify any Entry that is incomplete or if there are reasonable grounds to believe that an Entrant has violated these Terms.
6.7.2. Entries may be disqualified for conduct contrary to the spirit or intention of the Competition, including abusive or racist behaviour or defamatory comments on the Website or social media.

6.8. Ownership of Entries
6.8.1. To the extent permitted by applicable law, all Entries become the property of Unreal Winners Club and will not be returned.

6.9. Entry Limits and Competition Closure
6.9.1. Entry Limits
6.9.1.1. Entrants may enter each Competition up to the maximum number of times stated on each Competition’s page on the Website. This maximum entry limit is designed to ensure fair participation and opportunities for all Entrants.
6.9.1.2. Only one free Postal Entry per Competition is allowed per person. Any additional entries beyond this limit must be made through the paid Online Entry method.
6.9.1.3. Each Entrant to a Competition will be automatically eligible for any Instant Win Prizes that may be part of that Competition, subject to compliance with the specific terms of the Competition.
6.9.2. Competition Closure
6.9.2.1. Each Competition on the Unreal Winners Club platform will have a predefined number of Entries required for the Competition to reach its maximum capacity.
6.9.2.2. The number of Entries required for each Competition will be clearly stated on the respective Competition’s page on the Website.
6.9.2.3. Once the Competition reaches the required number of Entries or if the Competition timer runs out, no further Entries will be accepted.
6.9.2.4. At this point, the Website will display that the Competition has reached full capacity or has closed, and Entrants will not be able to purchase additional Tickets or submit new Entries for that particular Competition.
6.9.2.5. The closure of a Competition ensures that the Competition proceeds as scheduled, and the draw or determination of winners can take place in a fair and transparent manner.
6.9.2.6. Please refer to the specific Competition details on the Website for information regarding the required number of Entries, closure conditions, and Competition duration.

If you opt for the cash prize, we provide the convenience of sending it to a wide range of bank accounts denominated in various currencies, ensuring that you receive your prize in a manner that suits your preferences.
7.3.2. When selecting the cash prize option, winners can have their prize transferred to the following types of bank accounts (excluding restricted countries listed in Section 5.2.1):

7.4. Taxation and Legal Considerations
7.4.1. Tax regulations and legal requirements related to prizes vary by jurisdiction. Winners are responsible for understanding and complying with any applicable tax laws in their country of residence. For US residents, prizes valued over $600 will be reported via IRS Form 1099-MISC, as required by US tax law.

9.2. Unclaimed Prizes

9.2.2. Prize Fluctuation: For cryptocurrency prizes, if the winner claims their prize after the 28-day period, they will receive the cryptocurrency amount based on the current market value at the time of claiming. Any fluctuations in cryptocurrency value during this period are not the responsibility of Unreal Winners Club.
9.2.3. Right to Redraw: If a prize remains unclaimed after the 28-day period, Unreal Winners Club reserves the right to conduct a redraw for that prize to ensure all prizes find their rightful winners.
9.2.4. Notification: Winners will be notified of their prize through the contact information provided during the competition entry. It is the responsibility of winners to ensure their contact details are accurate and up to date.
9.2.5. Repeat Draws: In cases where a redraw is necessary, the process will be conducted with the same transparency and fairness as the original draw.

9.3. Expiry of Claim Rights
9.3.1. After the 28-day claim period and any subsequent redraw, the right to claim the prize will expire. Unreal Winners Club will have no further obligation to award the prize.
9.3.2. Unclaimed prizes will be donated to a registered charity of Unreal Winners Club’s choosing, in compliance with applicable UK regulations.

11.2.2. The Promoter is not responsible for any disappointment, loss, or inconvenience experienced by Entrants who do not win a prize.
